When integrated with Xero, ApprovalMax enhances the accounting platform by offering multi-role and multi-tiered approval workflows for various financial documents like Bills, Purchase Orders, Credit Notes, and Sales Invoices. It also enables Purchase Order creation and approval directly within the app, supports multi-way matching of Bills and Purchase Orders, and includes budgeting control functionalities.

For QuickBooks Online users, ApprovalMax allows for seamless Purchase Order creation and approval processes outside of the accounting platform.
